Friday congregation held in Lal Masjid, Islamabad despite lockdown
Hundreds of worshipers gathered to offer Friday prayer at the Lal Masjid in Islamabad, defying the government’s orders of social distancing in the wake of the country’s coronavirus outbreak.
The prayer congregations have been restricted to five people throughout the country in order to curb the spread of the novel coronavirus.
However, this Friday too people managed to gather for prayers and the authorities yet again faced challenges in enforcing the rule.
