Gold price reaches a new high in Pakistan!

On Thursday, the gold price saw an increase of Rs2500 per tola and with this increase, the price for 24-carat gold has reached Rs129,000 per tola.

The price of 22-carat gold has reached Rs118,250 per tola.

Meanwhile, the price for 21-carat gold has reached Rs112,875 per tola.

The increasing price of the precious metal comes in line with international markets due to rupee depreciation and record-high inflation in the US.

The yellow metal has recorded an increase of Rs11,700 per tola during the last seven days.

A day earlier, the gold rate had closed at Rs125,800 per tola and Rs107,853 per 10 grams.

As per the gold dealer, a consistent price increase has negatively affected the already low demand for gold in the local market.
