Google Lists Most Popular Travel Destinations for 2020

The search engine’s top trending destination list might surprise many as it does not contain many of the world’s top tourist spots like Rome, Barcelona or Maldives.
Following are the top 10 trending destinations for 2020, according to Google:
1. Da Nang, Vietnam
2. Sao Paolo, Brazil
3. Seoul, Korea
4. Tokyo, Japan
5. Tel Aviv, Israel;

Formulating the most popular travel destinations, research methodology compares the number of hotel searches with travel dates in 2020 to a similar number of searches from 2018 for 2019 travel dates.
