Govt. announces six public holidays on account of Eid from May 22 to 27

The government of Pakistan has announced six public holidays on account of Eid-ul-Fitr 2020.

A notification from the interior ministry said on Saturday says that Pakistan will observe Eid holidays from May 22 to May 27.

According to the official notification, May 22 to May 27, which is Friday to Wednesday, shall be public holidays.

While, during the Eid holidays, all businesses, public places, community marks, and shops will remain closed with the exception of essential services such as medical stores.
