Hailstorm hits Lahore!

A hailstorm has given a feel of a hill station to the city of Lahore on late Tuesday evening. The roads of the city turned white as small white ice balls up to the size of strawberry hit various parts of the walled city.

The weather conditions have brought more chills to the provincial capital and its surrounding area. Temperature has dropped significantly after the storm.

People faced difficulty while driving on the roads, particularly the motorcyclists.

The unusual turn in the weather made the residents fun freak, the hailstorm turned out to be a pleasant surprise for the Lahoris to enjoy.

Besides Lahore, adjoining areas of Sheikhupura and the M2 motorway near Kalar Kahar have also received heavy hail.
