Hassaan Niazi arrested in Islamabad
Hassaan Khan Niazi, PTI chairman Imran Khan’s nephew and party’s focal person is reported to have been taken into custody by the police in Islamabad on Monday.
As reported, Islamabad police arrested Hassaan Niazi on Monday following violent incidents in the federal capital related to Imran Khan’s appearance in the Islamabad sessions court on Saturday evening.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has claimed that party chairman Imran Khan’s nephew and focal person Hassaan Niazi has been arrested in Islamabad.
A video was also tweeted from PTI’s official Twitter handle claiming the arrest of Hassaan Niazi.

PTI leader Asad Umar in a tweet said that “Hassaan Niazi was arrested after getting bail from the court, the constitution seems to be suspended now”.
عدالت سے ضمانت ملنے کے بعد حسان نیازی کو گرفتار کر لیا گیا۔ آئن اب معطل ہی نظر آ رہا ہے

PTI leader Farrukh Habib in a video message said that “SP Naushirwan has kidnapped Hassaan Niazi from outside the Anti-Terrorism Court despite being granted bail in all the cases”.
He said that “police violence has reached its peak, Hassaan Niazi is a lawyer who has just been granted bail by the court and has been kidnapped. Lawyers across the country should immediately come out to protest on the streets.”
