DG ISPR Presents Irrefutable Evidence of Indian State-Sponsored Terrorism in Pakistan
Not a shred of evidence provided by India for baseless allegations against Pakistan: DG ISPR

Rawalpindi: Director General of Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, presented undeniable evidence of Indian state-sponsored terrorism in Pakistan during a press conference on Tuesday.
Addressing the media, DG ISPR revealed concrete and irrefutable proof of India’s involvement in terrorist activities within Pakistan. Referring to the recent Pahalgam incident, he stated that although seven days have passed, India has yet to provide any evidence to support its allegations, while Pakistan is presenting solid proof of Indian state terrorism.
Lieutenant General Chaudhry disclosed that on April 25, a trained Indian terrorist, Abdul Majeed, was apprehended near a bus terminal in Jhelum. Authorities recovered a 2.5 kg bomb, an Indian-manufactured drone, and Rs 1 million in cash from his possession. The handler of the arrested terrorist was identified as an Indian Army soldier. Communication data retrieved from Abdul Majeed’s mobile phone showed direct contact with Subedar Sukhwinder in India.
According to DG ISPR, the communications also revealed the names of four Indian Army personnel allegedly involved in terrorist planning: Major Sandeep Verma, Subedar Sukhwinder, Havaldar Amit, and a soldier. The Indian handlers instructed the terrorists to create chaos in Pakistan, saying they “need dead bodies of Pakistani civilians” to propagate that terrorism exists within Pakistan. They even shared bomb-making tutorial videos with the militants.
DG ISPR added that Major Sandeep admitted to orchestrating terrorist attacks from Balochistan to Lahore. On September 24, Sukhwinder directed Abdul Majeed to collect explosives from Bhimber, which were later used in an October 13 attack on a military vehicle in Bagh, injuring three soldiers. The terrorist was reportedly paid Rs 180,000 for the operation.
On November 22, Sukhwinder gave further directions to acquire a drone and IED near Head Marala. This was followed by a November 30 IED attack on a military vehicle in Jalalpur Jattan, injuring four soldiers. Majeed was paid Rs 656,000 upon completing the task.
General Chaudhry also stated that on March 18, an IED location near Kotli was provided by Sukhwinder. The next day, schoolchildren discovered a suspicious bag, leading to the recovery of a bomb. Indian media then falsely claimed that five bombs had been recovered in occupied Kashmir.
On April 22, 2025, Sukhwinder delivered another IED near Nadala and instructed a terrorist on April 23 to carry out a bus stand bombing.
DG ISPR concluded by stating that India is not only training but also supplying explosives—often via drones—for attacks on Pakistani civilians and military personnel. He emphasised that this is just one case reflecting India’s broader campaign of state terrorism against Pakistan.
Earlier in the day, the Pakistan Army shot down an Indian quadcopter drone near the Line of Control (LoC) in Azad Jammu and Kashmir, state media reported.
The development came as Indian and Pakistani soldiers reportedly traded fire along the Line of Control for a fifth straight night, after four years of relative calm.
