Islamabad court to indict Imran Khan in Toshakhana case on May 10
PTI chairman Imran Khan has not appeared before the court to date.

The local court rejected the pleas of former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s lawyers in the Toshakhana Case and summoned May 10 to indict him.
On Friday, the Toshakhana Case was heard by Additional Sessions Judge Humayun Dilawar at the Islamabad District and Sessions Courts.
Election Commission lawyers Saad Hasan and Amjad Parvez, Imran Khan’s lawyers Khawaja Haris, Gohar Ali Khan, Sher Afzal Marwat, and Khalid Yusuf besides Muslim League (N) leader Mohsin Shahnawaz Ranjha appeared in the court.
Khawaja Haris said that the petition against the admissibility of the Tosha Khana case has been filed under Section 190A of the Election Act and that the Sessions Court cannot directly hear the Tosha Khana case.
Pronouncing the reserved verdict on Friday, Islamabad District and Sessions Court Additional Sessions Judge Humayun Dilawar said the indictment will take place on May 10.
