Israeli Strike on Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis Kills Two, Including Hamas Official, Injures Several
The attack on Sunday night hit the surgical building of Nasser Hospital

The Israeli attack on the surgical building of Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis, Gaza, resulted in the deaths of at least two individuals and left several others injured.
Among the fatalities were a 16-year-old boy who had recently undergone surgery and Ismail Barhoum, a senior Hamas official who was receiving treatment at the hospital.
The Israeli military confirmed the strike, claiming it targeted a “key figure” in Hamas, though the attack caused significant damage to the hospital’s surgical unit, forcing the evacuation of patients and medical staff.
Witnesses reported that the strike ignited a large fire, further complicating the situation at the already overwhelmed medical facility.
Israeli forces have killed more than 600 people since resuming the assault on the enclave, including dozens within the past 24 hours, according to Palestinian health officials.
On Sunday, Gaza’s official death toll since the war began surpassed 50,000, according to the Health Ministry. However, experts believe the actual number is likely much higher.
