Ehd e Wafa’s last episode will be screened at selected cinemas across the country before airing on Television, it has been confirmed by the HUM TV source.
Following the steps of drama MPTH, Ehd e Wafa is going to the second drama in Pakistani history to have its last episode get a cinema release.
Hum TV drama series in collaboration with ISPR has its last episode scheduled for TV airing on 15 March and it will hit cinemas on 14 March.
Hum TV correspondent Nasar Khan while talking to Dawn Images has confirmed that the finale will be screened on select cinemas across the country a day before it airs on TV.
“There’s a twist to look forward to as well,” he added.
It seems to be the latest trend for dramas to head for cinema screening. After MPTH setting an example, will there be more to follow? Let’s wait to find out.
