Judge Arshad Malik apologized to Nawaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz

Maryam Nawaz, vice president of PML-N, the largest opposition party, has revealed that former judge Arshad Malik has lightened the burden of his conscience by apologizing to Nawaz Sharif.

Former accountability court judge Arshad Malik passed away in Islamabad on Friday due to COVID-19.

In a statement released on the social networking site, Maryam Nawaz reacted to the death of former accountability court judge Arshad Malik, who convicted Nawaz Sharif in the Al Azizia Steel Mills corruption reference.

In her tweet, Maryum Nawaz extended condolences on the demise of Arshad Malik and then said that he has gone where we all have to go.

Maryam Nawaz said that may Allah forgive Arshad Malik Sahib and grant patience to his family (Amen).

She also said that this is a lesson for those who are both oppressors and blind to power and power.

She said that Arshad Malik also told who had blackmailed and used him to give false punishment to Nawaz Sharif.

The PML-N vice-president added that Allah had given him the strength to ease the burden of his conscience by apologizing to Nawaz Sharif.

In another message, she questioned that Arshad Malik died a year and a half after his confessions and revelations, who is responsible for Nawaz Sharif not getting justice in the meantime?

She added there was haste to declare Nawaz Sharif an absconder, why was there not a single day of hearing on the confession of the sentencing judge? how come, there not a single day of the hearing was conducted on the confession of the sentencing judge in this case?

In another message, the PML-N vice-president raised the question that the three-time prime minister was declared a fugitive but why no commission was formed on the judicial conspiracy against Nawaz Sharif.

She continued, with a question, asking why the death of a person (Arshad Malik) who was ready to tell so much awaited.

The former prime minister’s daughter also said in her message that my simple question is who is responsible for the murder of justice? He said that the role of revealing and confessing this conspiracy is no more in this world, now the demand will be strong that a commission consisting of independent and brave judges should investigate it so that the people can know the facts, and that day is not far away inshallah. It will happen!

In December 2018, Judge Arshad Malik had sentenced former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to 7 years imprisonment and fine in the Azizia reference while acquitted him in the Flagship reference.
