Karachi’s weather turns pleasant with light rain
Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted rain and wind thunderstorms of light intensity in various cities of Sindh, including Karachi, from November 7.

Karachi’s weather turned pleasant on Monday with light rain.
The majority of the Karachiites woke up with the clouds roaring and light downpour in several areas of the metropolis.
A light drizzle was reported in various areas of the city, including II Chundrigar Road, MA Jinnah Road, Gulistan e Johar, Gulzar e Hijri, and adjoining areas.
According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department forecast, rain with wind and thunderstorms of light intensity, while some moderate rain at isolated places, is expected in Sindh from the evening or night of 7th November to 8th November.
The wind direction in Karachi will be westerly to northwesterly with a wind speed of 20 to 22 kilometers in the day, according to the weather report.
Day temperatures are also likely to fall by two-to-four degrees Celsius in the province, according to PMD.
Karachi division and Jacobabad, Qambar-Shahdadkot, Dadu, Jamshoro, Naushehro Feroze, Shaheed Benazirabad, Larkana, Shikarpur, Sukkur, Khairpur, Kashmore, and Ghotki districts of Sindh are expected to receive first rain of the winter season.
