Kit Harington spotted in Connecticut first time since entering wellness retreat

The Game of Thrones Star Kit Harington aka Jon Snow was spotted for the first time on Thursday, in Connecticut at the luxury wellness retreat where he is working on his stress and alcohol use issues.

His photos from the day have been doing rounds on social media in which world famous celebrity can be seen dressed casually. As being reported Kit has to spend around an hour inside the gym.

Kit is said to be photographed at the retreat leaving a private villa with an assistant and venturing across a parking lot to a boutique fitness center.

In the first image, Harington is seen dressed casually in grey track pants, a white T-shirt and a brown flat cap and grey coloured sneakers.

In another image, Game of Thrones star was spotted while carrying a leather duffel bag, dressed casually in khaki pants, a black T-shirt and the same brown flat cap. This time wearing white sneakers.

Harington, who portrayed the character of Jon Snow on the hit HBO show for eight years, is being reported to be at the facility as the GoT finale aired on May 19.

The news regarding taking the treatment was confirmed by Harington’s publicist saying that he had checked into the retreat ‘to work on some personal issues’.

In a statement given to CNN, his representative said, “Kit has decided to utilize this break in his schedule as an opportunity to spend some time at a wellness retreat to work on some personal issues”.

According to media reports the British star checked in to the luxury retreat for stress and alcohol use and has been “undergoing psychological coaching, practicing mindful meditation and cognitive behavioral therapy to combat stress and deal with negative emotions.”

As being reported, Kit Harington left his private villa and was accompanied by an assistant from the boutique fitness center which is also owned by the rehab facility that costs around $120,000 a month.
