KSA announces public holiday on Nov 23 in celebration of National Team’s historic victory against Argentina!
In the ongoing Football World Cup in Qatar, Saudi Arabia caused the bigest upset in football history by defeating Argentina 1-2 after a sensational match of Group C at the Lusail Iconic Stadium.
According to the Saudi Gazate report, King Salman has ordered that tomorrow, Wednesday, will be a holiday for all employees in public and private sectors as well as for students in all phases of education, in celebration of Saudi Arabia‘s stunning victory against Argentina in ongoing FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar.
“This is in line with the recommendation of Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman to celebrate the joyous occasion of the stunning victory of the Saudi national team against Argentina in their opening game of FIFA World Cup 2022 Qatar,” the directives issued by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman said.

The Saudi team is ranked 51st in FIFA’s world ranking defeated world number 3 Argentina by one goal to 2 in the World Cup.
