KSA confirms resumption of International Umrah from November 1st, 2020
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia confirms the resumption of International Umrah from November 1st, 2020.
The announcement was made by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah on Sunday, stating that the All eligible countries will be informed by the Ministry.
As being reported, in accordance with the third phase of Umrah resumption, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has so far issued more than 650,000 electronic Umrah permits as of Oct. 23, according to a ministry official.
The official statement made by the KSA ministry says that “The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has the honor to receive the pilgrims coming from abroad on 1/11/2020, 3/15/11442”.

“The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah confirms the mechanism for safe Umrah and the controls for providing service to ensure the safety and health of the human being by clarifying the tasks of the success partners from the internal Umrah companies and their external agents qualified”, it added.

As announced, as part of the gradual resumption of Umrah entering its third phase, around 20,000 pilgrims in a a day will be performing the Umrah amid strict social distancing measures aiming at preventing the spread of coronavirus.
