As reported, the Lahore sessions court has barred authorities from arresting three girls involved in the alleged torture until Jan 30.

Four girls students were booked for allegedly manhandling their class fellow at a private school in the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) area of Lahore.

The horrific details of school bullying came to light as the video of the incident went viral on social media resulting in laud hue and cry.

As reported, the court approved bail of three school girls against surety bonds worth Rs50,000 each and barred police from arresting them till January 30.

The police filed the first information report (FIR) against the suspects under sections 337A (i), 354, and 379 of the PPC.

The FIR was lodged after a video of the incident showing school students beating their class fellow went viral on social media.

 

The victim’s father, Imran Younas, in the FIR stated that his daughter’s schoolmate is a drug addict who wanted his daughter to join her company.

He said that his daughter was tortured by two sisters when she refused to join their group.

According to the FIR, the suspects attacked the victim, dragged her to the canteen, and humiliated her there.

According to the girl’s father, her daughter is beaten by her class fellow Jannat, Umaima, and Noor Rehman.

As per the FIR, Umaima who is a boxer beat her violently and she even knifed her multiple times. It is claimed that the girl Jannat was a drug addict and she wants to drag the injured girl into the drug culture.

“One of the girls had a dagger as well. Moreover, the victim’s father also alleged that his daughter’s gold chain and a locket were also snatched by the suspects while they were attacking her,” it added.

The victim’s father said that he has also approached the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), seeking action against those who uploaded the video on social media.
