The weather of Karachi has turned pleasant after light rainfall in the city in the early hours of Friday.
Karachi has received a spell of rain today with gusty winds leaving the weather cooler and pleasant.
The light rain showers were recorded in various areas of city including Sharae Faisal, Malir, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Gulistan-e-Johar, Shah Faisal Town, Landhi, Korangi, DHA, Nazimabad and Liaquatabad.
The Met office has reported more rain showers in the next 24 hours.
The weather forecast has predicted cloudy and strong winds today with temperature likely to remain between 29 degree Celsius to 30 degree Celsius.
Earlier, the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) predicted heavy rainfall with thunderstorm in Karachi on 28th to 30th July.
The PMD has also issued weather advisory this week about heavy rains in Sindh and parts of Baluchistan from Sunday to Tuesday.
