Manzoor Wassan has tested positive for the coronavirus, it emerges on Tuesday.

Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader and Adviser to Sindh Chief Minister (CM) on Agriculture Manzoor Wasan has quarantined himself at his home.

The development comes as the province of Sindh has reported 940 cases, and 1 death on Tuesday.

Sindh has recorded another 39 cases of the coronavirus’ Omicron variant on Monday, according to a statement issued by the Chief Minister’s Office.

While Karachi’s COVID-19 positivity rate has surged to 18% on Tuesday.
