Dirty Politics Continues! Maryam Nawaz has a reply for Jemima Goldsmith after her antisemitic remarks

The dirty politics continues! It shouldn’t be surprising for Pakistanis as PML-N engaged in antisemitic propaganda against Jemima Khan in the 1990s and the blame game continues from Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf towards PML’s leaders.

However, the latest episode of calling out names emerged during the election campaign being run for the Azad Kashmir general elections.

It all started after Maryam Nawaz’s response during her own AJK rally by saying Junaid Safdar is “Nawaz Sharif’s grandson, not Goldsmith’s”.

“He’s Nawaz Sharif’s grandson. He’s not being raised in the lap of Jews, “PML-N Vice President Maryam Nawaz had said.

And in the times of social media words reached Jemima Goldsmith, who took to Twitter responding by sharing a news article of Pakistani publication.

‘My kids are “being raised in the lap of the Jews,” announced ⁦ @MaryamNSharif  today. I left Pakistan in 2004 after a decade of antisemitic attacks by the media & politicians (& weekly death threats & protests outside my house). But still, it continues,’ Jemima Goldsmith tweeted.

Meanwhile, on Tuesday Maryam Nawaz took to Twitter replying to the former spouse of PM Imran Khan.

“I have absolutely no interest in you, your sons, or your personal lives because I have better things to do and say but if your ex drags in families of others out of spite, others will have nastier things to say,” Maryam Nawaz tweeted.

“You have only your ex to blame,” she added.

While in public opinion, the criticism of children and personal attacks among politicians is further destroying moral values for the younger generation.
