Govt. takes u-turn, announces new increase in petrol prices

The government takes a u-turn on Friday eve and announces a new increase in petrol prices!

The new prices are effective from Friday, November 5.

With the new increment, petroleum product prices have reached a historic high in Pakistan.

According to the new notification of the Ministry of Finance, the price of petrol has been increased by Rs 8.3 paise, after which the new price of petrol has been increased from Rs 137.79 to Rs 145.82.

The price of high-speed diesel has been increased by Rs 8.14 after which its price has gone up from Rs 134.48 to Rs 142.62.

Similarly, after an increase of Rs 6.27, the price of kerosene oil increased from Rs 110.26 to Rs 116.53 and the new price of light diesel oil increased by Rs 5.72 to Rs 114.07 from Rs 108.35.
