Pakistan Army wins international military drill competition at the Royal Military Academy

Pakistan Army has won the international military drill competition known as Pace Sticking Competition held at Royal Military Academy in Sandhurst, UK.

This is 3rd consecutive year that Pakistan won this competition.

Reporting about the achievement, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), media and public relations wing of the Pakistan Armed Forcest said that the Pakistan Military Academy represented the Pakistan Army in the event.

A statement of Pakistan High Commission London issued here said, while displaying the highest standards of drill, turnout and discipline, the team from Pakistan Military Academy won this competition for the third consecutive time.

This year 9 teams participated in the competition, the statement added.

Pakistan High Commissioner to the United Kingdom (UK), Moazzam Ahmad Khan, in his message of felicitation, commended Pakistan Team’s dedication and spirit to take on the challenge.

Pace Sticking Competition is being held in the UK since 1928. The event has a history linked to the Royal Regiment of Artillery.
