Now, with the challenging tour to England and Ireland on the horizon, he has received a telling blow as the leading bowler of the team has been ruled out due to injury. Yasir Shah was the difference between winning and losing in England during the 2016 tour. Yasir Shah, has had different injury problems in the recent past as he was on the brink of being dropped. He narrowly passed the 17.3 points selection criteria set by coach Micky Arthur.
3 draws in Hockey, a medal in Weight Lifting and progression in Squad and Boxing
One thing that may just go in favor of the team is that these matches will be played in the 1st half of the English summer. This may mean a lot of rain and green wicket. Pakistan may simply opt to go for 4 pacers and Harris Sohail or Mohammad Hafeez as their spinner. It may turn out to be one difficult tour for this inexperienced team.
