Pakistan reports 120 COVID-related deaths and 4,191 positive cases in the past 24 hours!
This brings the positivity rate to 6.83%.
On August 28, the total number of active cases in the country has surged to 93,107.
According to official data provided the by National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC), 61,306 COVID-19 tests were conducted across the country.
Pakistan has also reported 3,848 Covid-19 recoveries over the past 24 hours, as per NCOC.
The country has reported a total of 1,029,930 recoveries so far, and the recovery rate is 89.7 percent.
Pakistan’s total confirmed case count now stands at 1,148,572.
Earlier on August 27, the NCOC shared that Pakistan has achieved the milestone of 50 million COVID vaccine doses.
The total number of doses administered across the country is now 50,985,184.
