PCB Offers National Cricket Academy for Residence of Medical Staff at Expo Center

Coronavirus crisis has brought about a number of difficulties and as the world struggles against the pandemic there’s a silver lining too that people witness. As individuals, celebrities and institutions have stepped forward to play their role in easing the situation, Pakistan Cricket Board has too made its contribution.

In the latest meeting, the board has decided to grant the building of National Cricket Academy (NCA) located at National Stadium Karachi, to the medical staff who will be working at the Expo center isolation center for Coronavirus patients.

“Paramedics and doctors are our heroes, and we should all be acknowledging their efforts,” said a spokesperson for PCB as he announced the conversion of building into a temporary residence for the medical staff.

The building within close proximity of the expo center is sufficient enough to accommodate a large number of medical personnel.

PCB will be handing over the building to Sindh Government who is currently recruiting volunteers, paramedics and doctors to serve at the newly setup Coronavirus facility.
