Petrol price slashed by RS 10.20 per litre, PM Office

Diesel price reduced by Rs2.33 per litre

Petrol price has been slashed by RS 10.20 per litre for the last fifteen days of June.

According to the Prime Minister’s Office, the price of petrol has been reduced by Rs10.20 per litre and the price of diesel by Rs 2.44 per litre

 

The reduction in petroleum product prices is usually announced on the 15th and last date of every month.

However, this time the decision was announced a day before the fortnightly revision, which was scheduled for June 15.

The Prime Minister’s Office said that on June 1, the government had reduced the price of petrol by 4 rupees 74 paise.

Earlier, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif announced to increase in industry and exports and reduced the price of electricity for industries by 10 rupees 69 paise per unit.

Electricity price for industry and export sector has been fixed at Rs 34.99 paise per unit.
