The country has an average stock of 21 days of petrol and 36 days of diesel: Petroleum Division

The Petroleum Division dismissed the reports of fuel supply disruption in the country on Wednesday.

Petroleum Division has issued a statement on the status of petrol and diesel stocks in the country.

In a statement released by the Petroleum Division, it is said that the country has an average stock of 21 days of petrol and 36 days of diesel.

The Petroleum Division says that the country has 417,000 metric tons of petrol and more than 500,000 tons of diesel in stock.

The statement from the Petroleum Division comes in wake of reports in circulation claiming disruption or interruption in the fuel supply chain in the country.
