PML-N leader arrested in Lahore during police raid on dance party

A PML-N leader was arrested in Lahore during a raid on a dance party as authorities conducted the operation at a private venue, citing violations of local regulations.

According to the police, Tanvir Nisar Gujjar, the chairman of the PML-N from UC 236, was among those arrested during a raid on a dance party in the Green Town area. 

A case has been filed against 12 individuals, including three women, at the Green Town police station.

According to the police, they recovered an SMG rifle, alcohol, and a sound system from the suspects.

The chairman is accused of engaging in indecent behaviour and consuming alcohol at the dance party.

The FIR also mentions that the suspects were found undressed during the police raid.
