PTI celebrates the Army’s Change of Command as Youm e Nijat!
Ironically some weird hashtags are currently trending on Twitter timeline as Nov 29 marks the appointment of Pakistan’s new army chief.
The outgoing COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa handed over the command of the Pakistan Army to his successor General Asim Munir in a ceremony held at the General Headquarters in Rawalpindi on Tuesday.
Here is what PTI, its leaders and supporters are commenting on Twitter with above mentioned hashtags:
We are not ill-informed, we are the future of Pakistan … we don't put our ego above our country. We don't impose imported politicians, we are the guardians of nation's sovereignty and dignity; we will never give up the fight for Haqeeqi Azadi. #یوم_دفع pic.twitter.com/k9CSfq0plT
