Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz was hospitalized due to health concerns on Monday, with her departure abroad now dependent on her doctor’s clearance.

Party insiders report that Maryam Nawaz Sharif’s health worsened yesterday, resulting in her admission to the Sharif Medical City Complex, where doctors are closely monitoring her condition.

Hospital sources reveal that she is experiencing a throat infection, and medical professionals have recommended rest. She is scheduled to fly to London tonight.

Party representatives say that her overseas travel now hinges on the approval of her doctors.

Notably, Maryam Nawaz has been dealing with a persistent throat infection, prompting her planned trip to London for further treatment.

During this visit, she will consult her personal physician and may undergo surgery to address the issue, which has been troubling her for some time.

This journey will be her first official foreign trip since assuming office as chief minister.
