Railways Minister Sheikh Rashid recovers from COVID-19

Minister for Railways Sheikh Rashid has recovered from the novel coronavirus after more than two weeks of testing positive.

He was under treatment at the Military Hospital in Rawalpindi.

Railways Minister has been discharged from the facility after testing negative for COVID-19.

In a statement, after being discharged from the hospital, he thanked the nation for “praying for my recovery”.

He also thanked Prime Minister Imran Khan and Army Chief Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa for inquiring after his health and regarding his treatment constantly.
