SBCA ordered to take action against illegal constructions in Karachi

SHC said that the SBCA and the Sindh government should submit their reply within four weeks.

Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) has been ordered to take action against illegal constructions in Karachi!

The orders from Sindh High Court to take action against illegal constructions in the city came on Thursday as the court took up the hearing of the case of constructing a 6-storied illegal building at Agra Taj on 96 yards.

The petitioner’s counsel said before the court that illegal construction is going on at 33/755 UC One Lyari and 10, 10 storied buildings are being constructed on 96 square yards in Agra Taj.

While the Sindh Building Control Authority was ordered by SHC to take action against illegal construction in the city.

The court said that the SBCA and the Sindh government should submit their reply within four weeks.
