Senior Journalist Qaisar Mahmood passes away in Karachi
Qaisar Mahmood, senior journalist and member of Karachi Press Club passed away in Karachi on Thursday.
The veteran journalist and mentor for many was a member of the Geo News editorial committee.
He was suffering from lung cancer and was admitted to a local hospital last month due to health complications,
He was shifted to Indus Hospital on August 24, reportedly.
Qaisar Mahmood’s funeral prayers will be offered at Masjid Ali, Khayaban – e – Bukhari, Defense Phase 6 at 8:15 a.m. after Isha. He will be laid to rest at DHA Phase 8 graveyard.
