Shadab Khan pledges to donate his Pak-SL series match fee for earthquake affectees

Pakistani cricketer Shadab Khan has announced that he will donate all of his match fees from the Pak-Sri Lanka series to people affected by the earthquake in Pakistan.
A 5.8 magnitude earthquake jolted several cities and northern parts of Pakistan on Tuesday afternoon, leaving at least 23 people dead and over 300 others injured, officials said. At least 100 of those injured are in a critical state. Most of the destruction is reported to be caused in Mirpur district of Azad Kashmir.
Taking it to social media, Shadab Khan wrote, “I pledge to donate all my match fees from the #PAKvSL series to the ppl affected by the #earthquake in Pakistan today. Let’s try to help our brothers and sisters in need”.

Former Pakistani skipper Shahid Afridi, has also urged Pakistanis to “help the affected people wholeheartedly”.
Sharing his message on Twitter, Afridi wrote: “Very tragic news about the earthquake, please help the affected people wholeheartedly. My prayers are with everyone affected and victims. May Allah bless us all”.
