Shahnaz Ansari, PPP MPA shot dead in Naushahro Feroze

Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Member of Sindh Assembly Shahnaz Ansari has been shot dead in a firing incident in Naushahro Feroze, district of Sindh.

According to the Police, the firing incident took place on Saturday when the PP leader was attending Khokar’s Chehlum.

According to police, he was gunned down allegedly by her deceased brother-in-law Zahid Khokhar’s nephew.

Shahnaz Ansari was brought to the People’s Medical Hospital already dead, according to doctors at the hospital.

Ansari, elected on a reserved seat, reportedly was very active within the PPP and took part in the politics of the province.
