In view of the coronavirus outbreak, Sindh Government has banned Youm-i-Ali processions and Shabeena mehfils.
The new order comes in continuation and partial modification of earlier issued notification for Ramazan Taraweeh as per agreement with Ulemas.
An official notification in this regard has been issued by the Sindh Home Department, which says that all religious gatherings such as majalis and processions for Youm-i-Ali and Mehfil-e-Shabeenas being not farz shall not be held.
