Sindh government on Friday said the standard operating procedures (SOPs) for public transport, including online cabs and buses services, have been prepared so that transport services can resume weeks after Prime Minister Imran Khan announced to ease coronavirus lockdown.
The Transport Minister of Sindh, Awais Shah said a final announcement regarding resuming public transport service would be taken tomorrow during a meeting of the task force on COVID-19 with the consultation of doctors.

Meanwhile, in Pakistan the confirmed COVID-19 cases have surge to almost 65,000 with almost 1,350 people have died due to the infectious disease.
According to the coronavirus dashboard, Sindh has the most cases of infectious disease i.e. 25,309, while Punjab follows closely, at 22,964, the latest report stated.
