Social media speculations about actor Irrfan Khan’s health are fake, warns his spokesperson
It was almost a month ago when Bollywood actor Irfan Khan took to social media revealing his suffering from rare disease that was later confirmed to be neuroendocrine tumor. For which he is currently undergoing treatment.

Unfortunately some false news related to the actor’s health conditions are being discussed all over social media stating that Irrfan Khan’s health is deteriorating and he has a limited time to live.

Irrfan Khan’s spokesperson released a clarification as an effort to put end to all false speculations, the press statement released read as, ”This latest round of news being spread through social media in last few days about Irrfan’s health is absolutely false and there’s no truth to it whatsoever. We as his family and friends again request the members of the media to continue their support and the prayers that have come Irrfan’s way. However it’s not right to spread rumours through mediums of social media without fact check or any official validation. In the meanwhile once again we request everyone to refrain from picking up social media statuses as affirmative developments on someone’s health”.
It was earlier in the month of March when actor’s wife Sutapa Sikdar, who took to social media regarding her husband’s disease and called him a warrior.

While Irrfan is undergoing treatment, speculations about his health continue to pick up steam; especially on social media. We hope this statement by the spokesperson will put an end to all. Though actors don’t have a personal life and anything hidden from public, but people should also show some decency at least when someone is already suffering and his family is also going through bad times.
