The first results are in as the first US polls closed! Trump wins Kentucky, Biden takes Vermont, according to the Associated Press.

Meanwhile, Democrat Joe Biden wins Virginia and its 13 electoral votes, AP reports.

The polls have closed in some eastern states, including Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, South Carolina, Vermont, and Virginia.

It is being predicted that Indiana’s 11 Electoral College votes will go to Donald Trump.

Georgia,  the so-called peach state has 16 electoral college votes, the rest of Indiana has11 and Kentucky 8, South Carolina 9, Vermont 3, and Virginia 13.

However, the voting continues elsewhere as Americans add their ballots to 100 million postal votes.

Florida and Georgia are utterly must-win states for Trump.
