The most important 40 terabyte cable was damaged near the UAE state of Fujairah.

According to the news source, the internet speed in Pakistan is slowing down due to cable damage.

Internet data traffic is being transferred to other low-capacity cables.

Telecom sources said that repairing 40 terabyte cables will take several days.
