Veteran TV Actor Qazi Wajid Passes Away At 88!
It is with a sad heart that we announce the demise of veteran actor Qazi Wajid, who passed away today, Sunday 11th February 2018 in Karachi.
Qazi Wajid was a veteran television actor, born on May 26th 1930. He joined radio as a child artist, and from then on there was no bidding goodbye to the entertainment industry. Legendary and superbly entertaining actor Qazi Wajid entertained audiences with his superb acting in classic drama serials, Tanhayian, Ankahi and Dhoop Kinare.
The versatile and legendary actor had been the recipient of several accolades throughout his career, including the Pride of Performance Award.
Qazi Wajid leaves behind a daughter and a widow. May Allah grant the family patience and the highest rank in Jannah to the departed soul.
