The viral Lahore Qalandar young fan who wept agonizingly over the team’s latest defeat in PSL 2020 has impressed Atif Rana, the CEO of the franchise and moved the entire team.
After seeing the child’s viral video, the CEO has extended an invitation to the young super fan to meet the team and witness them play at Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium.
The chief executive revealed that his management was trying to contact the child.
“We were touched by that video. We are trying to contact that kid and we’ll invite him not only to meet his favorite team but also to watch our matches from the stadium,” Rana told local media.
The viral video of the fan was also shared on the official Twitter handle of the franchise where the team sent out an open invitation to the child to come & meet them.
Lahore Qalandars haven’t earned a victory in a single match in any of the PSL matches held so far, leaving fans disappointed and upset.
