Fast-bowler Naseem Shah has been ruled out of HBLPSL for a week as rest has been advised for him by the physiotherapist of the franchise while info also shared with the medical panel of Pakistan Cricket Board.
Naseem faced pain in the left ankle and underwent initial treatment, he will remain part of QG during rehab.
Quetta Gladiators have confirmed that Naseem Shah has been advised a week’s rest to allow him to recover from an ankle sprain injury which he sustained in last night’s game against Peshawar Zalmi.
“Naseem Shah has an injury to his left ankle. If needed, we will send him for a scan. However, so far he’s responding well to treatment and is feeling well,” the official said.
Naseem Shah has taken three wickets in the five matches of the PSL 2020 he has played so far.
