Kahin Deep Jalay Episode 1 Review: It’s a story that revolves around a sweet girl named Rida
Geo Entertainment has started a new play by 7th Sky Entertainment production’s Kahin Deep Jalay featuring Neelum Munir and Imran Ashraf, who are for the first time appearing as an on-screen pair. The writer of the play is Qaisara Hayat and it is executed by Saima Waseem. Besides the lead, the other cast of the play includes Saba Faisal, Saba Hameed, Ali Abbas, Nazish Jahangir, Hammad Farooqui, Madiha Rizvi, Nida Mumtaz, Syed Areez, Ali Ansari and others.

The episode is kind of introduction to all the characters, the protagonist of the play is Rida, the whole story moves around her. She lives with her mother and three brothers, one of them lives abroad and he has just came for a visit and the whole family is celebrating his arrival. Rida is planning to throw a party and for that she calls her to-be sister in law for an invitation.
She is apple of the eye of her brothers and like the princess of the place and it seems like she deserves all this pampering and love as she is herself very loving and kind.

Contrast to the character of Rida, is Shameela, Rida’s cousin and fiance of his elder brother but she is nothing like Rida, she is a very bitter, mean and jealous type of girl. She does not even know how to respect her brother and sister in law, she always ends up misbehaving with them. They all compare Rida with her which makes her extremely mad. She envies Rida as she is living the life of a princess and her brothers love her, comparatively to her own brother who always scolds her. She gets irritated when her own fiance expresses his love for her dear sister, it really makes her jealous.

Rida is so loving and caring towards her friends that she calls her best friend for inviting her for the party and offers she can take whatever gift she likes, brought by her brother. However, it seems like some people misuse her simplicity and innocence, like her best friend’s brother, jumps in between the conversation and starts flirting with her which Rida does not like so she cuts the call and is regretting that why she even did talk to him.

Moving ahead in the episode, the drama opens up with the life struggles of Zeeshan whose whole world turns upside down due to the sudden death of his father, his father’s business partner has taken all their money and property through fraud even their house was also snatched. They are literally on street! Zeeshan’s mother is not feeling well and for her treatment, he has literally begged on the street but nobody is listening to him and we see in the end how a street beggar has helped him but it seems that he could not save his mother.
