Anwar Ali’s mother passes away

National cricketer, Anwar Ali’s mother passed away on Monday.

Former captain Sarfraz Ahmed announced the death of the mother of fast bowler Anwar Ali, who represented Quetta Gladiators in Pakistan Super League, via Twitter post.

Sarfraz Ahmed said that the mother of my friend cricketer Anwar Ali has passed away.

Sarfaraz also prayed for the forgiveness of Anwar Ali’s mother, “May Allah Almighty grant patience to Anwar Ali and his family in this difficult time. Amen,” he added.

Following Sarfraz’s tweet, a large number of fans and followers are expressing their grief over the death of Anwar Ali’s mother and prayed for her forgiveness.

PCB Chief Ramiz Raza also extended his condolences.

“Saddened to hear about our cricketer Anwar Ali’s mother passing away. It’s particularly tough for cricketers/sportsmen who are mostly away from their families at work either touring or playing and then suddenly such tragic news is broken,” Ramiz Raja tweeted.
