British HC in Pakistan rides a rickshaw to reached Pindi Stadium to watch the first Test match

Raja G, Pindi Julsanh tae match taksanah!

British High Commissioner in Pakistan Dr. Christian Turner rode a rickshaw and reached Pindi Stadium to watch the first Test match on Thursday.

Not only he rode the rickshaw but also spoke the local dialect Pothohari to assert the driver let’s go to Rawalpindi stadium and watch the match.

“Raja G, Pindi Julsanh tae match taksanah!,” Dr. Christian Turner said.

Britain’s top envoy in Pakistan wore England and Pakistan jersey to support both teams and was also having a bat with him.

On the opening day of the first Test in Rawalpindi the visitors currently seem to have the upper hand.

After wining the toss, England opted to bat first. Its, openers Zak Crawley and Ben Duckett scored centuries on a batting-friendly pitch at the Rawalpindi Stadium.
