Cricket world mourns death of Afghanistan Batsman Najeeb Tarakai

The Cricket world is mourning the death of Afghanistan Batsman Najeeb Tarakai.

A 29-year-old right-handed batsman passed away on Tuesday after succumbing to injuries sustained in a road accident.

As being reported, Najeeb was severely injured in a car accident on October 2 and afterward undergone surgery. He was being treated in Nangarhar.

Represnting  Afghanistan, he played 12 Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is) and one One-day International (ODI). He made his international debut in 2014  at the T20 World Cup in Bangladesh.

His untimely death has left the cricket world in shock.
