Pakistan left-arm spinner Kashif Bhatti has been cleared by the England Cricket Board on Thursday after he tested negative for the COVID-19.
Bhatti, who is currently in England for the upcoming Test series, had tested positive for the viral infection upon arrival in UK and was put under quarantine.
He has been given permission by ECB to integrate with the squad after completing the quarantine period, spokesperson said.
ECB spokesperson said that Bhatti has tested negative for coronavirus twice now after the initial positive test scare.

According to ESPN Cricinfo, an ECB spokesperson said that there was confusion over the initial positive test in the UK as it was probably “the remnants of a previous Covid-19 infection”.
