Misbah-ul-Haq, Pakistan cricket team’s newly-appointed head coach has ordered to ban all the fattening and oily foods from the menu during the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy matches, in a bid to improve the fitness of the players, reports.
The former Pakistani skipper has been known for maintaining his fitness level who managed to be in the active spots even in his 40’s.
As being reported, the players are now being served healthier food menu during matches such as barbecue, pasta, and fruits, especially at the National Cricket Academy in Lahore.
Health and fitness first! The 45-year-old head coach, he has made it clear that fitness is going to be one of his regime’s hallmarks. He has taken oil-rich unhealthy dishes off the players’ menu.
