Pakistan cricket team safe as earthquake hits Jamaica on Saturday morning local time.
A huge 7.2 magnitude earthquake struck western Haiti, sending shock waves across the Caribbean.
The epicenter of the quake was 12 kilometers (7.5 miles) northeast Saint-Louis du Sud.
Pakistan Cricket Board shared the update in a tweet saying, “Thankfully, our men’s side are safe and sound after this morning’s earthquake in Jamaica and are ready for the third day of the ongoing Test, which will start on time.”
The Pakistan Test squad had arrived in Jamaica earlier this week for the two-match Test series that started on Thursday.
