Dean Jones’s sudden demise has left the cricket world and millions of fans in shock.
59-year-old former Australian cricketer was in Mumbai for covering the ongoing Indian Premier League as a commentator with the host broadcasters, where he suffered a cardiac arrest on Thursday.
Jones was a two-time winner of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) with Islamabad United in 2016 and 2018. The last position he held in the league was the head coach of Karachi Kings in PSL 2020.
